Just made a yummy vegan “egg” (tofu) veggie sausage and vegan pancake casserole for breakfast for the boy and I. I made up the recipe based on a tofu scramble recipe/ vegan pancake recipe. Cruelty Free Thanksgiving →
I’m doing this this year. It’s my first thanksgiving as a vegan! Which means I’ll also be having an autumn vegan feast! Such a great opportunity to be creative. Just another thing I love about being vegan.
